The 51cg Supervisor Development Programme supports new staff at 51cg to complete their training to become First or Second Supervisors as well provide ongoing development opportunities for experienced Supervisors.
The programme consists of the following components:
- Core Workshops
- Workshops that address Day to Day Supervision Skills
- Workshops that address Academic Writing and the Viva Voce Exam
As well as supporting staff to become First or Second Supervisors at 51cg, these workshops are open to any member of staff and experienced supervisors are very welcome.
